Just Start Experience

Today I going to share with you guys about the #juststartexperience, before this i have to tell you its WHY and WHEN it started story.
My father is Diesel Engine Mechanic and has been doing maintenance 30 years, I mostly visit his workshop and as I am also Mechanical Engineer and understand the Engines so both of us have same interests.
We usually talk about the field and he teaches me a lot about new things either its about technology or new launched Engines.
I am learning from him since my childhood i used to play with his tools and often misplaced them.
He always say that this maintenance work is not of your caliper and it has lies and frauds in it, you should stay away from this, its enough that I am doing this, This always make me feel bad that why he says this every time when I ask him that I want to start my own maintenance company.
I started my first job as Trainee Aircraft Tech but I know at that time I am not capable of buying an aircraft but I can do maintenance.
But later on I decided to make my own company so that we can take maintenance project of different companies on a large scale but not with that traditional way of work I want to run this company with modern technology usage like trackers cameras and IT updated gadgets .
I have made this company but I am not working with that much struggles, here comes my JUST START EXPERIENCE
I Started this replace the conventional maintenance with modern and updates techniques.
I have goal because I want to introduce the same trucking system in Pakistan as in USA,
where no fuel tampering and illegal transportation activities are involved.
Challenges that I have been facing is that people do not follow educated system of working.
These are the task that are still pending from my side that includes PRA registration, Account opening of the company, Profile update and buying safety jackets for workers.
